How it works

You will work with our customer service team to schedule a time to load and unload your items, right in front of your building. Making storing your items easier than ever!

Cost

  • Summer Vacation (May-August) $375

  • Study Abroad (Dec-Aug) $800

  • Study Abroad (May-Jan) $800

  • Thanksgiving, Spring and Summer Combined (10 Months) $880

Price includes pick up and delivery of storage container. A charge of $50.00 will be added for 2 location pick ups. Missed appointments will be charged $100.00.

Notes for renters:

  • Please be sure you are FULLY PACKED and ready to go during your pick up time. We recommend you and your items are at the front door of your building at the time of your pick-up.

  • Rentals are non-refundable

  • Prorations are not available

  • Our New Hartford warehouse location for portable units has NO INSIDE customer accessibility due to the multi-rows and stacking of units. You will not have access to your until until the end of your rental period. **Special arrangements can be made in certain cases to gain access to your container, a fee of $200 will apply.
